Virgin Mulled Haskap

Ingredients

One bottle of Haskap Juice (437ml)

1L water 

1 cup sugar 

1 cup brown sugar 

 2 tbsp ground cardamom 

2 tbsp full cloves 

2 tbsp ground ginger 

2 tbsp anise seeds 

1 orange 

 1 lemon 

1 cup cranberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into a large pot, mix thoroughly, and bring to a boil for 5 minutes.

  2. Reduce the heat and allow it to simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
