Haskap Holiday Sangria

Ingredients

2 cups haskap juice

1 cup cranberries 

1 lemon 

4 plums 

1l sprite 

1 tbsp sugar



Directions

  1. Cut lemon and plums into wedges.

  2. Add the wedges into a jug.

  3. Pour in sugar, sprite, cranberries, and haskap juice, then mix well.

  4. Optionally, press some cranberries to enhance the flavor.

  5. Allow it to sit for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve over ice.
