Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen haskaps

  • ½ banana - frozen or fresh

  • ½ cup liquid - milk, any kind of mylk or juice like Steve & Dans Apple juice

  • ½ apple, cored, not peeled

  • 2 tbsp. hemp hearts

  • ½ cup- spinach -fresh or frozen

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and puree for 1 minute. 

Experiment with the recipe to make the drink just the way you like it best!

  • 2 tbsp. ground flax seed 

  • ¼ cup yogurt

  • ½ cup kale or Swiss Chard — fresh or frozen

  • 1 scoop- protein powder — hemp, whey, pea 

  • 1/2 cup Sea Buchthorn fruit

  • More apple !

  • 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup
